filming blog music video

During the filming of our music video I had lot of fun cool ideas. I enjoyed being more behind the scenes.  I helped discuss and pick the camera angles. We wanted a few different locations to expand the creativity of the video. I had to re-shoot the scenes multiple times until it got to where we wanted it to be. I encountered some frustration throughout the filming process. I would come up with an idea or one of my group makes would and we wouldn't always agree. We definitely headbutted quite a bit but we still made it work. I had to make sure to not argue for no reason and compromise with everyone. I enjoyed thinking of all the different ways we could transform our video. Staying serious throughout filming was the most difficult thing. I had to get serious at points to make sure our video didn't seem unprofessional. In the end we worked as a group quite well and composed a good music video. I feel this was a good experience for me since I've never done anything like this....

I am doing an ICE drink commercial for my project. You usually see people doing everyday things in these commercials. They wear normal day-to -day casual outfits. I'll be having a variety of outfit styles in my commercial. There will be a fancy, bummy, casual, and sporty looks. The appearance will be altered depending on what outfit I am wearing. The fancy look I'll have makeup and nice clothing on. The bummy look I'll have sleepwear on with no makeup. For the causal look I'll have light makeup and normal daily clothes. Also for the sporty look I'll have on no makeup and athletic attire on. I'll have to make sure I broadcast the theme I am really going for throughout this commercial. The theme is that this drink is so versatile that it can be drank on any occasion. I personally love this drink so I can relate to this.  I feel as the variety of different activities and looks will help portray this message. I want this commercial to feel very comfortable and eas...

On Wednesday November 18th I started filming my commercial. I am not working in a group so it was just me starting to film. I used clothing I had in my closet and the props from my home. I started out in my bummy/ sleep clothes which was a hoodie and shorts. I then had to change into my athletic clothes for the next scene. Next I changed into my fancy clothes for the rooftop dinner. Last I changed into my casual clothes for the next scene. I made sure to have different angles and camera movements throughout filming this commercial. I watched every segment after filmed to make sure they were how I wanted them. I had to re shoot certain scene's if I didn't like the outcome. If there was too much background noise or bad lighting or a malfunction I made sure to re shoot. I made sure the ICE logo was shown in every scene while drinking it. The filming process took around 2 hours to do. Outfit changes, prop switches, and location changes is what took up the majority of the time. I a...

I am choosing to do a ICE drink commercial. The main prop of this commercial will be the ICE drink itself. For the costumes the people in it will be wearing a variety of clothing options and styles depending on what they're doing. There will be an athletic outfit, probably will consist of running shorts, a t-shirt, and sneakers. Another outfit will be more casual and everyday, consisting of pants and a shirt with shoes. Also there will be a fancy outfit, consisting of jeans and a nice top with boots. There will be a bummy outfit too, consisting of a hoodie and sleep shorts. The main location will be my apartment where most of the filming will take place. Some of the filming will take place on the catwalk of my apartment. Also some of the filming will be on the roof top of a building. These locations will emphasize the fact that this drink can be drank at any time during any occasion.  I'll have one segment of me drinking the ICE drink just in my room doing homework. There wil...

The song we chose is a pop song written by Taylor Swift, it was released in 2009. The song is a love story about a type of out-of-reach love. In the original music video it shows an average girl comparing herself to a more popular girl. She realizes that the guy she likes deserves a lot better than the popular girl and believes she can appreciate and care for him more. Through-out the song even though she is naming all the materialistic differences between them, she always comes back to the fact that her, the "average" girl will always understand him more. The music video has a girl-next-door type of vibe,   y ou like this guy who you have for your whole life, and you know him better than she does but somehow the popular girl gets the guy every time. We want our video do give off the same message but in a way that makes it our own. We feel like this song is really relatable and helps people realize that you don't need to popular to get the guy. For anyone that hasn'...

When I heard about the music video project it sounded quite fun and exciting. I chose to work with Paige Miranda and Ella Jackson. This project seems like the perfect opportunity to be really creative and have some fun. Ella and Paige are my friends outside of school so I knew we got along. They are both quite hard workers as-well . I feel like us working together will be a good mixture of fun and hard work. We will be able to bounce ideas off of each-other and pick the perfect ideas for our video. Also were not afraid to say if we don't like an idea the other person has. I am pretty excited to start working on this project and see what we can bring to the table. The song we chose was " You Belong With Me" by Taylor Swift. This song came up on a TikTok video the other day and it's been stuck in my head ever since. I thought it would be great choice for our song. Especially since most kids our age have grown up listening to this song it's a fun little throwback. ...
